Last week at our headquarters in North Kingstown, RI, the Safe Harbor team gathered for our annual Summer Meetings. With a packed agenda and discussions that balanced both looking back and projecting forward, the days were productive. Here’s a quick recap:  

2020 and Beyond

We’re already planning for 2020 and have ongoing discussions about our preparations for the future.

Technology Training

Our team underwent training for new technology that will improve the Underwriting and claims processes.

Marketing

The Safe Harbor team met with the Marketing department to review ongoing initiatives and brainstorm about ways to increase the value we offer our customers and the industry.

Underwriter Symposium

Over dinner, all underwriters across Falvey’s companies held an open and engaging discussion about cross-promotion and state of the markets.

Employee Recognition

During the closing meeting, President Mike Falvey recognized Falvey employees who have reached the milestones of 5, 10, 15, and 20+ years of service at the company.

Summer Carnival

To celebrate the week of hard work, we hosted a carnival that included a team-bonding photo challenge, dunk tank, and even a mechanical shark.
